ABOUT THE BROKER - OWNER
Grace Imamura has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1992. During the first 6 years of Grace's career she worked for Lee & Associates, after which she moved on to Investment Concepts Inc. where she delved into the development, leasing and property management areas of the real estate spectrum. In 2004, Grace was promoted to an executive position (Vice President of Commercial) at the firm. She oversaw all leasing, property management and staffing activities in the firm's retail and office portfolio. Over the years, Grace has negotiated hundreds of real estate agreements as well as contractor and vendor contracts. Her broad experience also includes managing the build out of tenant improvements and guiding tenants over the hurdles in their business opening process. In 2011, Grace started Sapphire Commercial Real Estate Services. She now specializes in the sales and leasing of retail properties, representing Landlords, Tenants, Sellers and Buyers. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance.
Grace takes pride in the high level of diligence and commitment she offers to her clients. She has an exceptional ability to successfully mediate conflicts between the parties in a transaction, and is tenacious when it comes to solving problems.
Outside of real estate, Grace proudly devotes time as a volunteer in her community. In one of her volunteer roles, she was sworn in as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) by the Los Angeles dependency court to advocate for the welfare of neglected and abused children placed in foster care. In addition, she has volunteered for L.A. Works as an elementary school reading tutor and has helped to feed the homeless.
